Featured Project: North Pointe Properties, Verona, WI
The new North Pointe commercial building is home to Architectural Design Consultants, Inc., Genworth Financial and Fischl Construction. Building interiors are well-appointed with reception area fireplaces, conference rooms and kitchens. Overhead garage doors on rear workspaces add flexibility and utility to each office suite.
The project began in July 2006 and was completed in April 2007 for a total cost of $1.1 million.
